  • Jochen,
using a SR500 rear wheel, you change the wheel size from original 16 inch to 18 inch (with a bigger tire), so that would only work if you set up a new rig - it is no plug-and-play thingy - right?

Well, i answer a little late, because i lost the thread out of my eyes.... =)

    motorang:

You must know, that my sidecar has got an 3,00 x 18" wheel before.
It was also in the papers.

Otherwise i had to fix the sidecar completely new, so ist was no more work.

And the 3,00 tire gits perfekt on a SR-Rim.

But shortly said: You are right, it is not plug and play !

You have to check your complete frame-setup and you have also to build a new fender of course.
